Saint Mary School, Williamstown, hosted an annual Day of Service on Nov. 17 where students spent part of the day crafting or collecting items for community members in need or those who are homeless. Projects included making blankets; assembling Blessing Bags full of toiletries and other items; collecting birthday party supplies for children, and putting together packages for new mothers. Even items for furry friends were collected, such as pet treats and toys. Father Shaji Muttathottil, VC, was on hand to visit with the students and bless them with holy water during their projects.
